About

Morgan sits on her yellow couch, holding the paw of her tuxedo cat, Dali, as though they are posing for a family portrait.

(Hanging with my daughter, Dali, all casual-like.)

Hiya! I'm a fat, queer, Polish/Lebanese, multi-disciplinary artist working in mediums such as illustration/graphic design, fiber art, and theatre work in Chicago. The focus of my work centers on storytelling through color and whimsy to highlight self-love & acceptance, activism, differing perspectives of nostalgia, and the communal experiences that shape us into who we are.

Likes: A strong cup of coffee,  taking pictures of my cat sleeping, The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula, reading graphic novels on rainy days, supporting small businesses, DIY everything, board games, vegetarian cuisine, street art, stickers, summer bike rides, traveling, long walks in nearby cemeteries…

Dislikes: Weak coffee, white supremacy, flossing (but I do it, I do!), capitalism, intrusive thoughts, not getting a good night’s sleep, loud noises, overall rudeness, tight trousers, jet lag, anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, okra (I really should give it a second chance one of these days)…

Some of my clients include Strawdog, Babes With Blades Theatre Company, Idle Muse Theatre Company and Imbibe, Inc.

I have also exhibited work at IAEOU at the Hubbard Street Lofts and Art Whino gallery in Maryland, been featured on the Mr. X Stitch blog, filmed an episode for Threadbanger.com. I'm also a company member and the coordinator/illustrator for the Joining Sword & Pen Writing Competition with Babes With Blades Theatre Company. You can learn more about my theatre work here.

I’m available for collaborations and commissions, so please feel free to email me, and let's chat!
